DREAM’s Signature Massage sessions are tailored precisely for you. The theory behind the Signature Massage is using all of our abilities to address your goals. Your Massage Therapist will evaluate your posture, range of motion, energetic levels, and specific symptoms, and then use a variety of effective modalities, customized essential oil blends, therapeutic stretches, and heat therapy to tend to you exact concerns. To be certain your goals are being achieved, a complimentary 15-minute wellness coaching session and an evaluation of your progress will be provided to you after every 5 sessions.

The 50 minute Core Massage

DREAM’s Core Massage is aimed at providing stress and muscle relief after a workday, workout, or if you just want a time-out. This elemental massage session will boost your overall circulation and endorphins while reducing anxiety and general muscle soreness.

This soothing massage uses a combination of Swedish massage techniques and Aromatherapy to help ease the physical, emotional and hormonal stresses that develop during pregnancy.
